Our park has larger than average sized plots - with our smallest plots starting at 11m x 22m and larger plots of 15m x 22m. Plots can be individually designed to meet the client's wishes (subject to Spanish regulations)
There is a social club on site, swimming pool with Jacuzzi and a petanca area but because of the quiet rural setting of our park we feel that it is most suitable for retirees and early-retirees
If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing lifestyle, within a small friendly community - then our site is perfect for you
**Pets - you are allowed one dog - but sorry - no cats allowed**

Just 5 minutes from Albatera, Southern Costa Blanca, Spain
Drive or cycle to the lovely typical Spanish town of Albatera where you will find all the shops, supermarkets, restaurants and the Doctors.
From Albatera you can catch a bus to other local towns.
30 minutes from Alicante Airport
If you feel the need to return to the UK for a holiday or to visit family and friends - all the airlines fly from Alicante Airport
